Calling hours to honor and remember Richard Phelan will be held on Thursday, August 1st, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Lambert Funeral Home, located in Manchester, NH. A service celebrating his life will take place the following morning at 10:00 AM, also at Lambert Funeral Home. After the service, Richard will be laid to rest with military honors at the Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH.
