Kenny Regiec was wearing Route One Apparel Maryland flag swim trunks and a white Old Navy Ghostbusters shirt. His wife was the last to physically see him before he left to meet his friend Lance, he was the last to receive a text message .. then all communication went silent! He was supposed to meet his buddies at Solley Cove Park. He may have stopped at a gas station or convenience store before heading there. He was driving 2006 green F150.
